Conceptualized and re-iterated the design of the cell
Eliminated 6 axes robots and implemented gripping mechanisms
Modified and remade the IRIS machine
Developed automated material handling systems
Bottom-line Impact:
The entire manufacturing cell was manufactured on the shopfloor in India and shipped to Osborn Portugal for on-site installation and commissioning
The cell is fully functional today in Portugal
